Shipping & Returns

All Climate Solutions currently only ships our smaller products anywhere in Australia. All items can be picked up for free from our Melbourne store at 23-24 Rosemary Court Mulgrave VIC 3170.

Smaller items are posted via AusPost.

We do not post to PO boxes.

Estimated Delivery Time (does not include order processing time)

The time estimated for delivery is the carrier’s prediction in business days from the time they pick up at All Climate Solutions, to delivery in your post code. This estimate is for shipping only. The estimated time does not include the time we need to get your order ready. Some of the products sold by All Climate Solutions take a few days to process and arrive from the warehouse ready for us to ship.

Tracking

Once your shipment leaves All Climate Solutions you will receive an email with your parcel tracking details. This information is updated by the AusPost and lets you check the progress of your order from departure through to delivery by entering the provided number in the tracking area on the company’s website.

Incorrect Postage Details

Where an incorrect address is provided by the customer and a parcel is returned to us, the customer will be liable for any costs to resend.

Large items

Please ensure you are ready to pick up a large item, such as ducted gas heaters and air conditioners. They are quite large and heavy, trailers are best for pickups.

Returns and Replacements

All of our products are inspected by our experienced staff for quality and/or damage before sale or despatch.

If you have any issue with your purchase, please call All Climate Solutions on 03 9561 0220 without delay. Make sure you have a copy of your invoice on hand. We will be happy to discuss the options that best solves the problem. Please do not return goods without our explicit instructions.
